See, if you sleep late at night then it is pretty obvious that you will also get up late and if you get up late then we are pretty sure that you’ll get late for work and this will ruin your whole day. But still you can always try to work harder on yourself and at least try to get up early. Only then you can find enough time to do all the things which healthy people do. DRINK A GLASS OF WATER AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP
This rehydrates your body, revs up your digestive system, and gets things flowing. You may notice positive changes like clearer skin and better digestion. Bonus points if you add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. According to Dr. Simon Grewal, “Staying hydrated keeps our bodies healthy down to the cellular level and it also helps keep us from overeating. Oftentimes we can mistake thirst for hunger,” she adds, which can lead to taking in more calories than your body needs from food.
STAY ‘UN’ UPDATED FOR AN HOUR AFTER YOU WAKE UP
Do you sleep with your cell phone next to you and grab it first thing when you wake? This is not a good habit. If you choose to resist the temptation to check your email and Facebook feed until at least an hour after waking up, you’ll find that your mind is more clear, focused and happy.
THINK OF SOMETHING YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR
This sets the stage for positivity throughout the day. If you come up with three or five things, even better. The more things you are thankful for the better.
GO OUT AND TAKE A DEEP BREATH
Open up the curtains let the sunlight come in, and some fresh air. Go for a walk even if just around the corner, it does not matter as long as you are feeling your surroundings without any noise, traffic, people staring at you. Feel the magic of the morning, how very night universe the world around you pick sup itself and refreshes everything so you can feel the brightness and magic.
Do not do intense workout before having breakfast. There are various morning workouts you can do that are convenient and quick. If you don’t want to work out, you can also do stretches to help loosen your muscles and joints.
Having breakfast is a must. Anything, but not too much oily nor spicy. Just minimum oil for starters. Breakfast gives you the fuel and energy you need to carry on for the entire day. Rather than reaching for a box of cereal, focus on getting real foods in your body. Eggs, soaked oats, and smoothies are all great options. (And they really don’t take that much time to prepare.) Try it out.
PLAN YOUR DAY
Making plans is a sign of confidence that yes I can pull off this amount of work in a whole freaking day. And when you make a plan you have everything figured out and feel no need of asking anyone else. Commit to your plan as much as you can, but if something good comes along in life try it out.
Reading is a very good habit and it improves your memory, make you sharper and more focused. Reading a novel increases the creativity in you. And it has been proven that literature helps stimulate your brain and your imagination.
