Income Tax department officials on Wednesday raided the residence of Bollywood’s renowned director and producer Anurag Kashyap, actress Taapsee Pannu and filmmaker Vikas Bahl’s.

Income Tax department officials on Wednesday launched a raid on Bollywood’s renowned director and producer Anurag Kashyap, actress Taapsee Pannu and filmmaker Vikas Ball. And explaining IANS Income Tax Department sources told that the tax department officials are conducting raids and searching around 20 locations in Mumbai and Pune, including the residence, property, and office of Anurag Kashyap, Tapsi Pannu, and Vikas Bahl.
These celebrities have their residence and office in Mumbai and have been attacked by IT officials. It is said that the search was on for tax fraud. And according to the reports the Producer Madhu Mantena, who co-owns Phantom Films Production House along with Anurag Kashyap, director Vikramaditya Motwane and Vikas Bahl. Came under the radar.
This company was founded in 2011 by these four. However, it was dissolved in October 2018. But the officials said that the searches are part of a tax probe, and that’s the reason why Pannu and other promoters of Phantom Films are also being investigated.
