The second over of the 5th T20I was handed to Lungi Ngidi whi had made a crucial impact on India as South Africa gets benefited with the breakthrough provided by the pacer.
Lungi conceded only 4 runs in the second over and the last bowl was surprisingly a slower delivery which cleared the batsman’s vision and hit the stumps.
Ishan Kishan looked in great form after hitting Keshav Maharaj for two back-to-back sixes but Ngidi has managed to get the man in form to give South Africa a great start.
Lungi Ngidi came back for his second over and dominated yet again as his slower delivery made a magic once again to send the second opener Ruturaj Gaikwad back to the pavilion.
The Indian openers are now back to pavilion with India being hit with two quick wickets. All the eyes are on Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer who have the opportunity to take the Indian innings for a beneficial score.
India dominated the last two games in the series by snatching away the momentum that South Africa initiated.
The “winning-mantra” for the visitors seem to get lost after failing in the last two games which brought India back to the series and created today’s last T20 as the series decider. The series is at 2-2 with Bengaluru’s Chinnaswamy hosting the final clash.
Bengaluru’s M Chinnaswamy is famous for hosting some of the memorable matches for team India and tonight is going to be yet again a historic moment if the home side snatches the win.
