The day after the news came that the Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan gave the orders to release Indian Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaan, another Indian Air Force wing commander identified as Arvind Sinha committed suicide as he shot himself with a double barrel gun on Tuesday.

The news shocked the Air Force as a senior official committed suicide. The reason behind his drastic step is still underway and is under police investigation. The Indian media reported that Arvind was posted as Defence Ministry PRO in Prayagraj. Police found no suicide note at the place of his death.
According to inspector Dhumanjanj Sandeep Mishra, Arvind was 43 years old commander who was reportedly going through some serious personal issues with family and career. Her wife Pooja told the police that he was stressed out due to the job.
The investigation is under process, the IAF official’s suicide news has come on the same day the Indian government and Air Force claimed to make an air strike and ‘destroyed the terror camps of Pakistan based terrorist groups along the Line of Control (LoC).
