We know that both Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton are supposed to return as Batman in The Flash . But now it is rumored that another Batman actor may appear.
Giant Freakin Robot claims based on anonymous sources that actor Christian Bale should play the role again. The actor could then be the replacement for Keaton, who recently said he was doubting whether he would sign for The Flash . According to Keaton, talks were still going on about this.
Bringing back Batman
Warner Bros. wants to have two versions of Batman in the movie anyway. This is mainly because The Flash is a film that looks at alternative realities, of which the Keaton film is part.
According to many rumors, the actor might even get a bigger role in the future of the DC movies as a mentor figure for The Flash. But now the story is that actor Christian Bale may be returning to take over from Keaton.
Of course, it’s little more than a rumor at this point. But anything is possible and who knows that Bale will be seen as the masked bat man for a fourth time.
