Moreover, India has not officially declared its allegiance to any of the international coalitions fighting in the Syrian civil war. Basically, India and Syria have maintained good ties through the war years.

Author’s take: Personally, India is working really hard to become a global superpower, therefore, the government cannot go out an out to help Syria as it faces diplomatic fence-sitting.

Meanwhile, as the condition in Syria is turning grimmer, the whole world should take some collective steps.
