Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez ended up into trouble after the Enforcement Directorate summoned her t her last year in connection to a money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar. From that point forward, the actress has been summoned many times and her photos with Sukesh even went viral on social media.
Presently, as per the reports, Jacqueline and Sukesh’s love story started in the year 2021 after he messaged her from the Tihar jail.
According to a report by The Print, Jacqueline didn’t answer Sukesh at first however he later approached her through her hairdresser. Reportedly, Sukesh had introduced himself as the owner of a TV network and a jeweler. He had additionally claimed that he was close to Home Minister Amit Shah. As per the report, the actress told ED officials that she didn’t realize that Sukesh was calling and texting her from inside the jail.
The ED source was cited as saying by The Print, “She claimed that he met her only twice while he was out of jail on parole. One of these meetings happened in Chennai. Whenever Fernandez would ask for a meeting, he would say he was stuck due to Covid restrictions. This was also the time when Covid struck and there was a lockdown. Then came the second wave (of the pandemic).”
The Race 2 actress even told ED officials that when she read about conman Sukesh in the news, she was informed he has been “implicated in a false case”.
