Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma posted on her official Instagram handle to celebrate and applaud the kind gesture of Indian External Affairs S Jaishankar who gifted Virat Kohli’s signed bat to Australian Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles, as a symbol of gratitude. Jaishankar has earlier shared the momentous picture on the global platform while Anushka took to her Instagram stories to share a news article supplemented with a heart emoticon.
Meanwhile, Virat too endorsed the work done by his wife, wherein she essays the role of cricketer in the upcoming movie, Chakda Xpress. The movie under the direction of Prosit Roy is set to be launched on Netflix.
Virat Kohli opened up about how Anushka has prepared for the challenging yet fresh role in an episode of FTB On The Road. He said, “For me, a movie was just about watching it for three hours. Then I saw Anushka train for the film and I was like respect boss. She is finding the process challenging. This is the first time she is doing such a thing and that too by learning bowling.”
Anushka Sharma tied the knot with Indian cricket player Virat Kohli back in the year 2017. The couple were blessed with a girl child, Vamika, recently in 2021.
