Marvel is said to have concrete plans to bring back Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. That writes the well-known scoop hunter MyTimeToShineHello on Twitter.
Jessica Jones is a detective and former superheroine. She has several superpowers. She is stronger than an average person and she can jump very high. Jones is known for her dry humor (Ritter is seen by fans as the perfect actress for this role) and binge drinking.
Jessica Jones was one of the series that Marvel co-created with Netflix. This deal is now over and the series has moved to Disney+. This also means that Marvel has regained full control of the rights to these characters and can use it for its own films and series.
Solid plans
Scoop hunter MyTimeToShineHello now claims that Ritter is intended to play a role in the Disney+ series that Marvel is developing around Charlie Cox’s Daredevil. The scooper does not have more information at the moment.
Daredevil had a cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home, of course, attorney for Peter Parker. Ritter has been hinting at her return as Jones for some time now. She has repeatedly shown on social media that she is busy training.
It is not known whether Kevin Feige, the boss of Marvel Studios, has plans for Luke Cage and Iron Fist.
