Back in May this year, Bieber shocked everyone when he was admitted to Northwell Health in Long Island New York in an emergency. He feared that a soccer injury had caused one of his testicles to twist. The controversy sparked when a hospital worker named Kelly Lombardo was sacked after she was accused of accessing singer Justin Bieber’s medical file which contained his medical records.
She was accused of accessing Bieber’s medical record illegally. She was fired by the hospital authority immediately or being “an immoral employee” who violated Bieber’s privacy rights. Now, the lady has filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against her former employers claiming she never accessed Bieber’s file. She also said that she heard rumours that the singer was admitted due to some sexually transmitted disease.
Lombardo filed this lawsuit with the New York Division of Human Rights. She also stated that she was singled out and fired because she’s a woman. David H. Rosenberg, the New York employment attorney said: “My client never accessed Bieber’s medical file and yet she was fired for doing so.”
An inside source revealed that,
“He had been playing soccer and suffered a painful injury… He had testicular torsion, a serious condition caused when a spermatic cord becomes twisted cutting off the flow of blood to the attached testicle. It almost always requires surgery.”
