    As strange as it may sound, fans of K-Drama are all for couples who, in their self-interest, sign a contract only to find out later on that it binds them to each other permanently. These five K-dramas, which revolve around contract marriages and are guaranteed to please fans, range from Song Kang’s My Demon to Jung Yoo Min’s Perfect Marriage Revenge.

    Perfect Marriage Revenge

    Perfect Marriage Revenge stars Sung Hoon, Jung Yoo Min, Jin Ji Hee, Kang Shin Hyo, and Oh Seung Yoon.

    Her cunning adoptive parents, sister, and husband have betrayed, mistreated, and even threatened to kill Han Yi Joo (Jung Yoo Min). Through a turn of events, Yi Joo is able to make up for her past wrongs. She makes her proposal of marriage to Seo Do Guk, (Sung Hoon), the heir of a sizable wealth. Interestingly enough, her sister is crushing on him as well. Do Guk eagerly obliges, letting Han Yi Joo use him anyway she pleases. The two leads in Perfect Marriage Revenge have a strong chemistry in this dramatic and fast-paced thriller.

    During the Joseon dynasty, Park Yeon Woo (Lee Se Young) is a wealthy and independent young lady. Yeon Woo finds herself time-traveling to present-day Seoul before she can come to terms with her destiny. There, she meets cold and distant affluent man Kang Tae Ha (Bae In Hyuk). He approaches this rather insane woman with her peculiar ways and invites her to get into a contractual alliance with him.

    Gu Won (Song Kang), a demon, is no longer powerful. Rich heiress Do Do Hee (Kim Yoo Jung), whose life is in danger on all fronts, gets his tattoo transferred itself on her. In order to protect her inheritance and restore his abilities, she asks him to marry her. Nevertheless, what we get is a story of intensely passionate love.

    Despite being an affluent young man, Lee Jae In (Ha Seok Jin) irritates his grandfather with his haughtiness. The elderly guy devises a scheme and informs him that marrying Kim Da Hyun (Jeon So Min), a schoolteacher, is the only way he will be able to receive his inheritance. Beginning their trip are two strangers who have nothing in common but a contract.

    Lee Min Ki portrays Nam Sae Hee, a socially awkward computer designer who goes through life automatically. His flat is too huge for him, and he has a large mortgage to pay off. Homeless, Yoon Ji Ho (Jung So Min) is an ambitious drama writer. After meeting, the two decide to enter into a contractual marriage in which he pays the mortgage and she pays the rent.
