According to several Korean news sources, the trot singer Haesoo recently passed away. She was 29 years old. Two days before to the discovery of her body, police had claimed that a K-pop singer’s body had been discovered; however, the singer’s identity had not been made public until the conclusion of the investigation. Her cause of death is still a mystery.
According to a report from South Korean news site YTN on Monday, the police have found a suicide note. However, the cops are withholding information regarding the letter and have dispelled any suspicions of wrongdoing. The singer was reportedly found dead in a hotel room, contrary to earlier reports that said she was discovered in her hostel.
On May 20, Haesoo was slated to play at a festival. She won’t be attending the event any more owing to her untimely passing, according to YTN.
In 2019, Haesoo made her stage debut. My Life I Will was her only studio album. She starred in TV programmes like The Trot Show, AM Plaza, and Gayo Stage, which helped make her a household figure in South Korea. She gave a performance on Immortal Song on KBS 2TV.
