After Kangana Ranaut demanded 2 crores compensation from the Mumbai high court for her demolished office. BMC asks the court to dismiss the plea claimed by the actress.

BMC demolished Kangana’s office last week by claiming it ‘illegal construction. After which Kangana Ranaut filed a plea with the Mumbai High Court for damages that was made to her office located in Bandra. But the BMC calling it illegal construction asked Mumbai high court to dismiss her plea. And also claimed that Kangana’s plea is just an ‘abuse of process. Writing a letter to Mumbai High court they wrote “The writ petition and the reliefs sought for therein constitute an abuse of process. The petition should not be entertained and should be dismissed with costs.”
Also giving clarifications about demolishing the office BMC’s lawyer Joel Carlos stated that the civic agency on 5th September found that Kangana’s office was illegal and therefore the demolition was carried out on basis of the order.
After BMC demolished Kangana’s office the actress with her sister Rangoli Chandel visited Mumbai. Where she met Union Minister Ramdas Athawale and further, the Governor of Maharashtra, Bhagat Singh Koshyari to discuss this matter. For those unaware, let us tell you that the Manikarnika actress arrived in Mumbai on September 9 and after spending 4 days in Mumbai she left again for Manali with her sister Rangoli Chandel again in September 14.
Kangana left Mumbai with a heavy heart and while leaving the city, she tweeted, “With a heavy heart leaving Mumbai, the way I was terrorized all these days constant attacks and abuses hurled at me attempts to break my house after my workplace, alert security with lethal weapons around me, must say my analogy about POK was bang on.”
