Earlier on Sunday, a new notice was sent to Kangana on behalf of BMC regarding the house. This is about illegal construction done inside her Khar flats. BMC contends that the illegal construction was done at the actress’s house in violation of more rules than her office.
Kangana lives on the 5th floor of a building on No. 16 Road of DB Breeze (Orchid Breeze) in Khar West, Mumbai. Kangana has a total of 3 flats on this floor, of which one flat is 797 sq ft, second flat is 711 sq ft and third flat is 459 sq ft. At present, the case of illegal construction in Kangna’s house is in the court, which will be heard on 25 September.
