Kartik Aryan is the new crush of the girls currently. And not only he is having common female fans but actresses too have a crush on him including Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Pandey. Kartik Aryan shot to fame after delivering hit films like Pyar Ka Punchanama, Pyar ka Punchnama 2, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety and Luka Chuppi.
Now after becoming a star he has bought his own flat in Mumbai. Interestingly, Kartik has bought the same flat where he used to live as a paying guest years ago. According to the reports, Kartik bought this flat for Rs 1.60 Crore. Additionally, he paid Rs 9.60 lakh as stamp duty.
This flat is in Rajkiran Co-op Housing Society located at Yari Road. It is a 551 square feet flat. Out of this 459 square feet is just a carpet area. Flat is on the fifth floor of the building. Reports stated that Karthik has bought this property in May this year. His mother Mala Tiwari’s name has been included in the papers of the flat. Along with this, his permanent address has been shown in Gwalior.
On the professional front, after delivering hits like Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety and Luka Chuppi, Kartik is working on two major projects including Imtiaz Ali’s Love Ajkal 2 also starring Sara Ali Khan and Pati, Patni Aur Woh 2 also starring Ananya Pandey and Bhumi Pednekar.
