Complaint lodged to Latur SP
In a complaint to Latur SP Nikhil Pingle, BJP MLA Abhinyu Pawar from Ausa in Latur district said that action should be taken against Amitabh Bachchan and Sony TV on the question asked in the Karmaveer Special episode on Friday. Actually, Amitabh Bachchan had asked a question related to Manusmriti in this episode. One day before this, the campaign to bycott KBC by social media also started. Now the BJP MLA has filed a complaint on this.
Differences between Buddhists and Hindus
The BJP MLA has also shared the complaint letter on Twitter. Sharing this, he wrote, “The show has insulted Hindus and tried to create controversy between Hindus and Buddhists, who are living together.” Pawar said in the police complaint, “This question spreads the message that Hindu religious texts are for burning and to create enmity between Hindus and Buddhists.”
