While ‘ Kaun Banega Crorepati 13 ‘ is getting a lot of buzz due to its funny contestants and fun-jokes, there has been a ruckus on one episode of this season. Amitabh Bachchan ( Amitabh Bachchan be hosted by), this show is bringing together different talents for over 21 years. Recently ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ ( Kaun Banega Crorepati 13 controversy) also completed its 1000 episodes. But there is a lot of controversy over one of its episodes.
Actually ‘Student Special Week’ started recently in ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 13’. In one of its episodes, a girl appeared as a contestant. Based on ‘mid brain activation’, in this episode a girl standing in front of Amitabh Bachchan was seen claiming that she would read the book only by smelling her blindfolded. The makers also released the promo of this episode.

In this episode, the parents of that girl also claimed that they have trained their girl child in ‘mid brain activity’. But there was a ruckus on this episode. Federation of Indian Rationalist Associations President Narendra Nayak objected to this and following his complaint, the ‘Mid Brain Activation’ part has now been removed from this promo and episode.
Narendra Nayak has written an open letter to the channel, in which he told how parents are fooled through the use of ‘Mid Brain Activation’. Narendra Nayak has written in the letter that promoting such things on national television can make a joke of the country. He referred to Article 51A(h), which states that it is the duty of every citizen to develop scientific temper, spirit of inquiry and humanism. Narendra Nayak said that many organizations fool gullible parents by falsely claiming that they will increase the brain power of children by activating the mid brain. He said that ‘Super Power’ is a mockery of common sense, a joke.

The channel removed the controversial part after the open letter of Narendra Nayak, the channel has removed that episode. The channel informed Nayak about this in an email. It was written that the episode has been removed from all its platforms. The team has been asked to be more careful and avoid such interactions for all future episodes.
