This second confessional video has been uploaded on social media by the official spokesperson of Pakistan Armed Forces, Major Asif Ghafoor. This is heavily edited video as same as the previously shared video where Jadhav appears to be reading off a screen and admitting his “involvement in espionage, terrorist and subversive activities in Pakistan.” The date on the video appears to be April 2017. He made a confession that,

“I am Commander Kulbhushan Sudhir Jadhav. My alias name was Hussain Mubarak Patel. Today I genuinely after the time having spent in Pakistan I feel very ashamed and I genuinely seek pardon of the acts and sins and crimes I have committed here against the Nation and the people of Pakistan,”

He further stated,

“…while crossing over into Pakistan I travelled all the way from Chahbahar in a private Taxi along with Rakesh to the Iranian-Pakistan border near Sarawan. From wherein I crossed into Pakistan along with Baloch Sub Nationals and after about an hour or so I was apprehended by the Pakistani authorities in Pakistan,”

Whereas India has maintained that Jadhav was kidnapped by Pakistan Army from Iran. it is also reported that Jadhav has filed a mercy petition to Pakistani Army chief seeking forgiveness for his activities. watch his second confessional video here:

To let you remind, Kulbhushan Jadhav is a former Indian navy personnel and businessman who was arrested by Pakistani officials from Iran-Pakistan border. He has been sentenced to death by Pakistan for the charges mentioned above but The International Court of Justice last month due to the lack of proper pieces of evidence against Jadhav denied death sentence.
