American internet personality, Kylie Jenner has a huge fan following worldwide. Recently, her ex-boyfriend, rapper Travis Scott, was reportedly arrested in Paris. The incident occurred on a Friday morning when Travis was taken into custody after getting into a physical fight with a hotel receptionist where he was staying. When this incident took place he was said to be under the influence of alcohol.
Travis Scott’s Arrest
According to a report by the Free Press Journal, Travis was in Paris to attend the Olympics. He watched the U.S. team play against Serbia in the men’s basketball semifinal. Confirming the arrest the Daily Mail reported that the Paris prosecutor’s office released a statement that read, “Policemen were called to the Georges V hotel and arrested Travis Scott for violence against a security agent. The latter had intervened to separate the rapper from his bodyguard.”
The report says that the fight occurred around 5 am. During this time the 33-year-old musician was intoxicated. The report adds an investigation source mentioning, “The suspect was drunk and had been fighting with another man—possibly a receptionist in the hotel. He was not in the right condition to be questioned straight away, so was put in a cell where he is still sobering up.” Quoting a French outlet, Valeurs Actuelles, FPJ stated that Travis Scott was taken into custody at the George V Hotel in Paris. They said he was suspected of being violent towards another person and is being held in a cell. However, official details are still not confirmed.
