Fans of Thalapathy Vijay have been agitated for days, and the actor is trending on X (Twitter). On Thursday, the cast and crew of his Tamil flick Leo finally revealed the much awaited trailer. On October 19, Leo will be made available in cinemas.
More evocative than detailed, the trailer. According to what we could gather, Vijay portrays a Kashmir-based family guy with a wife (Trisha) and a daughter. His history, however, follows him as vengeful bad guys look for him. They brutally beat him and light his garments on fire, and for a little period, Vijay appears beaten. After receiving a few punches, his fierce warrior side emerges, and he sweeps the thugs aside by himself.

There is also talk of a police officer searching for a serial murderer who is now at large. Sanjay Dutt portrays the boss villain with a menacing air, and a cameo is also hinted at towards the conclusion.
SS Lalit Kumar’s Seven Screen Studio and Jagadish Palanisamy collaborated in the production of Leo. Anirudh Ravichander is the composer of Leo’s soundtrack. After Master and Kaththi, Leo is the pair’s third joint project.

Given that this is Vijay’s 67th film as a lead actor, Leo was initially announced in January 2023 under the working title Thalapathy 67. A few days later, the real title of the movie was revealed. Leo was filmed in a variety of places, including Kashmir and Chennai.

Trisha Krishnan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Priya Anand, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Sandy, and Mysskin are also featured in the film.
