The girl on the train
This film starring Parineeti Chopra is based on the Paula Hawkins 2015 novel. The film is basically a murder mystery and psychological thriller, that also stars Aditi Rao Hydari, Kriti Kulhari, and Avinash Tiwary. The film was released a while ago and received mixed reactions.
The White Tiger
Featuring Priyanka Chopra and Raj Kumar Rao this film is inspired from Aravind Adiga’s award-winning novel. Produced by Priyanka Chopra and written and directed by Rami Bahrani the film is nominated for Oscars for the best category in adapted screen play at the 93rd Academy Awards. It came up on the streaming platform Netflix on January 22, 2021. And received a lot of positive response from the audience.
The Married Woman
This web series is also, inspired by the book by Manju Kapoor of the same name. The series stars Monica Dogra and Riddhi Dogra. The web series showcases two women falling in love with each other. In the film, Riddhi who is playing the character of Astha feels quite alone until she finally falls for Monica Dogra, who is playing Peeplika.
Cobalt Blue
Written and directed by Sachin Tendulkar. This drama is taken from the novel of Kundalkar of the same name. The story shows that how a brother and a sister fell in love with the same person.
