Maharastra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis has come up with his statement saying that the case of the demise actor should be handed over to CBI.

Shushant’s case has taken a major turn after his father filed an FIR against his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. Now the reports are coming that Former Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis has expressed the need for an investigation. The Bhartiya Janta Party leaders (BJP) in Maharastra has now jumped into it. And said that this is the case of money laundering and hence the death case should be handed over to CBI. He said that the investigation in the matter should be done by the central authorities instead of the Mumbai police.
Right from time the matter of Sushant came to limelight, there was a continuous demand for handling the case to CBI, and now the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis is also in favor of this. Taking it to microblogging site on Friday he wrote “There is a huge public sentiment about handing over Sushant Singh Rajput case to CBI but looking at the reluctance of State Government, at least ED can register an ECIR since misappropriation and money laundering angle has come out,”
Let us tell you that continuous investigations are going related to Sushant’s case, but it seems that the Mumbai police is rather handling the case in a clumsy way. And that’s what BJP leader Ashish Shelar said. He said that Sushant Singh’s death was not carried out properly and only the names of the suspects are being discussed, but they are not being questioned the way they should. Keeping his point Shelar said he would meet the state Home Minister Anil Deshmukh on Friday and ask him to hand over the case to the CBI.
