The CEO of Meta has admitted that he now consumes 4,000 calories daily as a component of his new fitness regimen, mostly from McDonald’s.
Mark Zuckerberg, 39, commented to a post asking what people’s go-to order is on Threads, his newest platform that was introduced to compete with X (previously known as Twitter).
“20 nuggets, a quarter pounder, large fries, Oreo Mc flurry, apple pie, and maybe some side cheeseburgers for later?”
Responding to this, a MMA trainer Mike Davidson stated, ‘You are in camp, no Mcdonalds’.
Mark answered right away, “I’m not trying to lose weight, so I needed 4,000 calories a day to balance out all the activity, and it’s delicious.” The software mogul stated that he works out in strength, conditioning, and mobility in addition to three to four jujitsu and MMA sessions each week in a recent interview with podcaster Lex Fridman.
Musk tweeted in June that he was “up for a cage fight” with Zuckerberg, to which the latter replied, “Send me location.” If a prospective fight with rival Elon Musk materialises, this heightened routine will guarantee that Zuckerberg is at the top of his game.
Musk had uploaded a photo of himself practising Brazilian jiu-jitsu with Lex Firdman, a podcaster who also has a black belt in the martial art. The creator of Facebook recently displayed his new jiu-jitsu blue belt after taking first place in an amateur competition. Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg expressed his joy by writing that he was “honoured to be promoted to compete at blue belt” for the San Jose jiu-jitsu academy where he currently studies. The tech kingpin could also be spotted showing off his toned physique in a picture posted on July 11 when he was positioned between Alex Volkanovski and Israel Adesanya.
