Yes, you read it right! Lost 2 kgs in just 4 hours. She did it to qualify the above mentioned tournament. She needed to be weighed 48 kgs to qualify the tournament but she weighed a little over it and was at the risk of being disqualified. The five-time world champion, who is also an Olympic bronze medallist, had only about four hours to shed those extra kilos and instead of shying away from the challenge she chose to face it and did it.
But what was her secret to her quick weight loss magic? In her interview with The Free Press Journal, she revealed: “I did skipping for an hour at a stretch and just like that, I was ready”.
