MC Mary Kom, the lady of whom each and every Indian is proud of and to whom even the international superstar Priyanka Chopra gave a tribute in her biopic movie Mary Kom again raised the heads of people of India by winning her first round match at the AIBA World Women’s Boxing Championship and getting one step closer for being selected in the 2016 Rio Olympics.
Mary Kom has won the world women boxing championship five times and this time she defeated Swedish Juliana Soderstrom with the score of 3-0, making the match completely one-sided despite the fact that Juliana had an advantage against her due to her height.
