An Israeli woman, Mira Tzur, is reportedly making $3,000 an event to impersonate Melania Trump. Mira Tzur first started acting the part when John Di Domenico, a long-time Donald Trump impersonator, asked her to play Melania alongside him in a video.
The Israeli actress, who is based in New York City, has attended eight events dressed as the First Lady so far. Both Melania Trump and Mira Tzur have immigrated to the United States to pursue careers in the arts.
According to the International Business Times, Mira Tzur said: “It’s not really a second career. It’s an extension of my existing career.” She added: “I feel great admiration for [Donald and Melania Trump].”
Despite the fact her hair is brown and she has a porcelain complexion, Mira believes her accent closely resembles that of Slovenia-born Melania.
According to the IMDB, Mira Tzur began her career as a ballet/musical theatre performer. She became a member of the world-renowned Bat Sheva Dance Company lead by Ohad Naharin, after graduating the prestigious Telma Yalin Arts School on a full scholarship provided by the America-Israel Cultural Foundation (AICF).
