Actor Faraaz Khan died at the age of 50. The news of his death was shared by actor-filmmaker Pooja Bhatt on Twitter.
Actor Faraaz Khan who appeared alongside Rani Mukerji in the film Mehendi (1998) passed away today. The actor was battling for life for a few weeks. But unfortunately lost his battle.
After his death news came, it left his fans and friends in shock. Infact her close friend Pooja Bhatt taking to her Twitter account wrote “With a heavy heart I break the news that #FaraazKhan has left us for what I believe, is a better place. Gratitude to all for your help & good wishes when he needed it most. Please keep his family in your thoughts & prayers. The void he has left behind will be impossible to fill.” Pooja also shared pictures of Faraaz in another tweet and wrote, “#FaraazKhan. May 1970-Nov 2020. May your music always play across time and space.”

For those who are unaware, the actor had been unwell for quite some time and was suffering from a cough and an infection in his chest for nearly a year. But during the pandemic, his health deteriorated, and he was advised for hospitalizations during a virtual doctor consultation on October 8. Later Faraaz was admitted to the emergency ward of Vikram hospital. He suffered three consecutive seizures due to an infection in his brain that had spread from his chest. And later after the heartbeat increased he wasn’t able to breathe. And that led to the death of the actor.
Let us tell you that when Faraaz was sick his family had also set up a fundraiser for him online, detailing his illness and mentioning the hospital expenses of Rs 25 lakh. After which Salman Khan came forward and paid his medical bills.
