Mira Rajput, wife of actor Shahid Kapoor and media personality shared about her first ever internship with a pet care venture in which she had toz derive subscriptions by making cold calls.
During the ETRetail Celeb Talk, Mira averred, “My first internship ever was with Heads Up for Tails. I was making cold calls, because at that time they had a subscription box, and we had a list of clients, and I had to call them up and say, ‘Would you like to subscribe to the subscription box? Every month we are going to send you something personalised’.”
While speaking to Your Story earlier, the celebrity spoke about how her journey has kicked off as an angel investor. “I started angel investing because I saw that opportunity with my husband. He has this huge audience and people look up to him. He has a ready base of consumers, and I look for things which align with him.”
Earlier in a conversation with Hindustan Times, the health enthusiast and eYouTuber averred about her career inclination, “I have done a few things when I was in school and college. I’ve also done several internships. I worked in advertising, too. Initially, I wanted to be a doctor and I even did an internship at a hospital. I was determined to become a surgeon and even saw 13-14 surgeries. But then I realised that it required a lot of study.”
Mira serves as an angel investor in companies like SARVA Yoga, Wellbeing Nutrition, Zama Organics.
