Mohammed Shami gave a full-fledged interview to a news channel in which he opened up and expressed his side over the dispute between him and his wife. When a reporter asked about the match-fixing allegations, Shami broke out in tears and said: “Let all the people of the country, BCCI come together to investigate the matter. The Indian cricket board cancelled my annual contract in a rush. I have played the game in free and fair manner.”

Shami completely denied all the allegations and said that he never ever even think of cheating the country and he fees proud while playing for India.
Shami further said that he wanted to save his relationship as he doesn’t want to ruin the life of his daughter. “I don’t want to ruin the life of my daughter, that’s why trying my best to save my relationship.”
On the other hand, Shami’s wife, Hasin Jahan has sent the documents related to her complaints against her husband to the BCCI‘s Committee of Administrators (CoA) chairman Vinod Rai.
She wants that BCCI should investigate corruption charges against Shami.
