 Mumbai Police Uses Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khattar’s Dialogue From Dhadak to Control Traffic And It’s Hilarious!

Starkids Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter are all set to hit the silver screen with film ‘Dhadak’. It is one of the most awaited films of the year. The film marks the Bollywood debut of late actor Sridevi’s elder daughter Janhvi. The film is slated to release on July 20. Well, the trailer has already hogged headlines among the film fans as well as Mumbai Police.

Yes, you read it right! If reports are to be believed, Mumbai Police used one of the film dialogues to share a road safety message with travelers. In the trailer, there’s a dialogue in the film, where Janhvi is seen asking Ishaan for ignoring her and says,

“Kya naatak kar raha hai, mujhe dekh kyu nahin raha”.

The Mumbai Police’s Twitter page used this scene and dialogue to make people aware of the traffic rules. The Mumbai Police edited Janhvi’s face with a traffic light and shared this meme on their Twitter page. The caption of the film reads:

“Don’t underestimate the emotional quotient of traffic signals!! And their e-challan is anyways not too happy with your relationship #TrafficSignalMatters”

 

The tweet impress Janhvi and in her reply and she shared the meme on her Instagram story and captioned it as “Enjoyed this”
