Deepika Padukone has been questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau on Saturday in the drugs case. In this inquiry, Deepika Padukone has accepted the talk of drugs chat. During the interrogation, Deepika Padukone was crying bitterly.
According to an India Today report, Deepika Padukone wept three times during interrogation. NCB officials strongly asked the actress not to play emotional cards there.
Deepika Padukone admitted that she was in talks with her manager Karishma Prakash about drugs on WhatsApp. However, she has refused to take drugs. Deepika said that she smokes a special cigarette which is different from a common cigarette.
NCB has seized the mobile phones of Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, Rakulpreet, Simon Khambata and Deepika’s manager Karishma Prakash. The data of these mobile phones will be recovered. It will then seek links to the case from the alleged drugs chat.
According to reports, Deepika Padukone has responded to the questions of Narcotics Control Bureau. Apart from this, she has not answered many questions. Deepika’s manager Karishma has reportedly discussed drugs with someone named ‘D’ in a WhatsApp chat. The NCB is investigating this.
