Boney Kapoor and late actor Sridevi’s daughter Jahnvi Kapoor is known for portraying identical elegance like her mother, especially visible in all her saree looks. However the internet has spotted something interesting about the actor. A Reddit user found an uncanny yet identical resemblance of the actor with Prema Narayan. Keeping aside the attire and fashion, the expressions were interestingly similar including the facial features.
A Reddit user made a comparison using the old image of actor Prema with Jahnvi’s picture and wrote, “Does anyone else think Janhvi Kapoor looks just like Prema Narayan?” In the picture, Prema is seen in a black shiny outfit while Jahnvi appeared in an elegant avatar both of them have expressive eyes making a stark resemblance.
Reacting to the comparison, a user commented, “I know Janhvi is SriDevi’s daughter. But if someone didn’t know that & was shown pictures of both SriDevi & Prema, & asked “Which one do you think is Jhanvi’s mom?” I bet they’d pick Prema.” “So true. Now that I’ve seen this pic she partly looks like Prema Narayan and part Adah Sharma,” added another user. Another added, “Omg they look almost exactly the same.”
Prema Narayan is veteran actor, model and dancer who is a recipient of the coveted Femina Miss India World in 1971 and thereafter represented India at Miss World pageant, in the very year. She was featured in many Hindi and Bengali movies, such as Uttam Kumar and Sharmila Tagore starrer Amanush (1975), Rekha starrer Umrao Jaan (1981), Mangalsutra (1981), Pataal Bhairavi (1985) and Mithun Chakraborty’s Waqt Ki Awaz (1998).
