DELHI: Yesterday an air ambulance carrying four passengers crash-landed in open field of Delhi. Three crew members among passengers, including the patient who suffered a neurological stroke were rushed to local hospital by local residents.
How did, incident took place?
Near 2.45pm, Beech King C-90A Air Ambulance – flying over Najafgarh’s Kair Village informed Delhi Air Traffic Control of engine failure. The village is located at a distance of 10km from airport where the plane crash took place.
According to Surender Kumar (Deputy Commissioner Of Police (southwest)) all passengers were safe even after the plane crash on the other hand police case also been registered. At least 14 fire tenders and ambulances were rushed to the spot.
Villagers of Kair village informed The Indian Express that they heard a large explosion as they were placing outside their house. The plane blasted a loud noise as the aircraft within seconds loss control crash landed and skidded for 200 meters.
