Last week we saw Party Thor in the seventh episode of What If…? and now it’s time for the return of Ultron, the villain from 2015 ‘s second Avengers movie Avengers: Age of Ultron . SPOILERS below.
Obviously we get to see a different story about Ultron and it comes as no surprise that the alternate Ultron also looks different. The Age of Ultron movie showed that Ultron, voiced by James Spader , was ultimately unable to embrace the Vision body due to the Avengers putting a stop to it.
Vision / Ultron on Poster What If…?
After the huge cliffhanger at the end of episode seven, we now get a clear look at the Ultron we saw then. Marvel Studios has released a poster showing that Ultron has entered the synthetic body.
The poster on Twitter reads “Ultron is coming 💥” . You can watch the episode on Disney+ from next Wednesday morning. Then we’ll also see if Party Thor plays a significant role.
