In anticipation of the G20 Summit in Delhi, the Northern Railway has delayed or postponed a number of trains. The G20 Summit, which will be place on September 9–10 in the nation’s capital, will have an influence on more than 300 train routes, according to the railway’s “plan.”

In addition, on September 8 trains including the Okha Dehradun Express were rerouted via Delhi Jn. On September 9 and 10, the Amritsar-Saharsa Garib Rath Express was also rerouted via Delhi.
On September 8 and 9, additional stops at Badli have been allocated for other trains, such as the Jammu-Tawi Ajmer Jn. Express. Additionally, Badli has been given additional stations for the Chandigarh Madgaon – Goa Sampark Kranti Express. The addition of additional stops at Faridabad has been made for the Indore Jn. – New Delhi Superfast Express. On September 8 and 9, an additional stop at Hazrat Nizamuddin has been designated for the Mumbai Central – New Delhi Tejas Rajdhani.
“Passengers are advised to plan their journey after checking train status on passenger’s helpline No. 139…” the Northern Railway had mentioned.
