OMG 2, starring Akshay Kumar, still has no apparent resolution. The Censor Board of Film Certification (CBFC) is standing firm in its position. The creators of OMG 2 are debating their options.
A media source averred, “The makers of OMG 2 can approach the Court if they want. It is still not known whether they will first go to the re-revising Committee or directly use the legal option of going to the Court.”

Another source added, “For all you know, they might even accept the ‘A’ certificate with the 20-25 cuts that have been proposed by the Censor Board (yes, it’s round and about 25, not 20 as reported yesterday in various sections of the media).”

Zoom had reported in conversation with Regional Officer Mahesh Patil a member of the Revising Committee did not stated a yes for the film previous week. “It’s confidential,” Patil had said. Bhakar from the Examination Committee too a, averred “It is still under the certification process. Certification has still not been processed. The certification is not finalised until it (Certificate) is issued.”
Aruna Bhatia, Vipul D. Shah, Rajesh Bahl, and Ashwin Varde worked together as producers for OMG 2. Amit Rai, who also directed the movie, has Akshay Kumar, Yami Gautam, and Pankaj Tripathi in the lead roles.
