The Seoul Seongbuk Police Station announced on December 27 that they had found an unconscious man in a parked car in a park in Seoul. The identify of the deceased as Lee Sun Kyun was formally confirmed by a later statement to the media source SPOTV. The car was discovered on a Waryong Park street in Seoul’s Jongno neighborhood.
Police quickly arrived at the area in response to an emergency contact from a distraught woman who had reported her husband’s departure after leaving a suicide note.
