The finest of India’s booming OTT (Over-The-Top) entertainment sector came together for the awards ceremony, which took place at the renowned Taj Lands’ End in Mumbai. Furthermore, that evening on X, the awards presentation was one of the biggest trends.
The 2023 OTTplay Awards featured a range of exceptional artists that stole the show. One of the notable winners was Kajol, who won the Best Debutant Female prize in honour of her outstanding performance in The Trial.
Rajkumar Rao was named the OTT Performer of the Year, while Aditi Rao Hydari was named the Female OTT Performer of the Year.
Karishma Tanna won the title of Most Promising Female Actor in OTT, while Rana Daggubati was recognised as the Most Promising Actor.
Darlings was awarded the coveted Best Film of the Year title, making it a memorable evening for everyone involved.
The OTTplay Awards honoured exceptional accomplishments in more than 30 categories. The awards are renowned for promoting excellence in digital entertainment across several genres. The One Nation, One OTT Award was aptly embodied by this year’s edition, which also marked a historic milestone by becoming the inaugural PAN-INDIA OTT Award.
