Pakistan’s Army General Raheel shareef has threatened or warned India of an “Unbearable Damage” or an “Unbearable Cost” if India tries to impose any long or short war or misadventure to the country.
“Our armed forces stand fully capable to defeat all sorts of external or internal aggression.”
“If the enemy ever resorts to any misadventure, regardless of its size and scale — short or long — it will have to pay an unbearable cost,” said the Pakistan Army Chief at an event organised to mark 50th anniversary of the 1965 war with india. The event took place on sunday at the Army Headquarters in Rawalpindi.
These remarks were passed as a shrewed response to the Indian Army chief General Dalbir Singh Suhag’s statement that Indian Army was prepared for “swift, short nature of future wars.”
