PM Narendra Modi is all set to pay his maiden visit to Chandigarh, the City Beautiful on friday that is 10th september, 2015 after he assumed office as PM back in 2014.
Modi Ji is here to innaugurate the much awaited International Airport at SAS Nagar and also to attend the convocation ceremony at PGIMER (Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research). He will also address a rally in sector 25 to hand over keys to the allottees of Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) flats in Sector 63.
While Schools will remain closed, all scheduled tests or exams in schools have been postponed as told by the administration. This is done to ensure the security and safety of children and to save them from the hassles of traffic jams during PM’s visit.

9.30am Prime Minister will reach Chandigarh airport and travel to the new terminal of international airport in SAS Nagar for its inauguration
10:30am Will reach PGIMER to attend the convocation
11.30am and 12 noon Will reach the rally ground in Sector 25
1pm Leave the venue for the airport
