35 years old popular Telugu actor Amit Purohit died unexpectedly and tragically. The news of his death was shared by Mahesh Babu’s brother Sudhir Babu on Twitter. The cause of his tragic death is still unknown but due to some other reports, he died of cardiac arrest, however, there is no official declaration.
Amit Purohit is best-known for his roles in films like Sammohanam, Shobhna’s Seven Nights, Aalaap and Bijuka, and Pankh. Very few details of his life are known. Amit Purohit’s co-stars and Bollywood stars like Aditi Rao Hydari, Raveena Tandon, Sonu Sood and Sudheer Babu mourned the actor’s death.
Raveena Tandon, who co-starred with the actor in Shobhna’s Seven Nights, tweeted: “Really saddened to hear of the passing of such a young and talented Amit. Such a gentleman.”
