After Deepika Padukone, the next number in the line for marriage is Priyanka Chopra. According to the reports, Priyanka will tie the knot with Nick Jonas on December 2, in Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur. This grand wedding will be a three-day affair, starting from November 30. Apparently, Nick’s frequent trips to India were to finalise the wedding venue. It will be an intimate affair with just 200 guests present at the ceremony. Priyanka and Nick sparked rumours when they arrived at last year’s Met Gala together, both dressed in Ralph Lauren creations. The actress had explained on Jimmy Kimmel’s show, “We were both wearing Ralph Lauren and we decided to go together. It was fun.”
The couple had a Roka ceremony which took place at Priyanka’s Mumbai residence. Now, reportedly, ahead of her lavish wedding, the 36-year-old actress has set up a $14000 wedding registry on Amazon. The long list reportedly has items like wine decanter, throw pillow, dinner plates, record player, roller skates and a stationary bike among other things.
While talking to a leading magazine, Priyanka said that,
“I’ve always been an entertainer. My home is always bustling with loved ones. I have a very close-knit set of friends and so does Nick and I like being a host. My mom always taught me this, it’s a little classic and old-fashioned, but it’s always very important to be house proud.”
