Variety journalist Marc Malkin made a tweet verifying the news, “Confirmed! @priyankachopra just told me she will be at the #MetGala on Monday. Says her look ‘will be on theme’ because she loves a theme but it will also have a ‘special element’. #JustforVariety”
This year’s Met Gala features the theme Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty.
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas first graced the Met Gala together in 2017. Since then, the international celebrity has twice walked the illustrious event’s red carpet. Priyanka and Nick co-chaired the event in 2019 as well.
Recently, Priyanka visited India to promote her online series Citadel. Richard Madden, a Game of Thrones actor, also appears in the programme. The actor will soon be featured in Love Again, a Hollywood romantic comedy, in addition to Citadel. In Jee le Zara, directed by Farhan Akhtar, she is also slated to act with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
