As per the recent updates, it is being told that there has been a raid by Mumbai police in one of the Mumbai’s club, owned by rapper Badshah.
As a precautionary step amid concerns over a new coronavirus variant spreading in Britain. The Maharashtra government had declared a night curfew in municipal corporation areas on Monday and this has been done as a precautionary measure, to avoid spreading of the disease. But it seems like big celebs don’t seem to follow any rule. As the news broke out recently that there has been a raid by Mumbai Police at a nightclub in which the famous celebs were present and the party was going on. As per the reports the raid took place between 2:30 to 3:00 am. And 34 people came under the radar. And now the action will be initiated against them.
For those unaware let us inform you that the raid took place at Dragonfly Restobar which is co-owned by Rapper Badshah. And he was also the one present at the party. But after the raid took place he escaped out from the back door. Along with him, the names that have been surfaced are Sussanne Khan, Suresh Raina, Guru Randhawa who were also present. They were accused of violating COVID-19 norms. And also A notice has been issued on a total of 34 people by the Mumbai Police under Section 188 (Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and provisions of NMDA.
Taking to Twitter account Mumbai Police Tweeted “Party (Nahin) Chalegi Till Six In The Morning (the party won’t go on till 6 am)! A raid was conducted at a nightclub in Andheri at around 3 am, for flouting COVID prevention norms. Action has been initiated against 34 people, out of which 19 were from Delhi & Punjab, including some celebrities,”

We all know that people are quite excited for the new year celebrations, but since the things are not yet normal (BMC) commissioner Iqbal Singh Chahal said. “This is not a normal new year which is why we cannot have normal celebrations. The curfew is being imposed to ensure that such violations are not repeated,”
