Rajkumar Hirani Will Gift An iPhone 7 To The Person With The Best Title For Sanjay Dutt’s Biopic

Rajkumar Hirani is no doubt one of the most acclaimed directors of Bollywood who has given the industry some epic movies in recent years including ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’, 3 Idiots and PK. And now Hirani is all set to make a biopic on none other than our Sanju Baba, veteran Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt. However he seems to be in a confusion with the title of the movie.

So to help himself with the title of the movie, Rajkumar Hirani has come up with a great and unusual idea as reported by DNA. Hirani has declared to reward the person with a gift who comes up with an apt title for the movie. And to be more specific, that gift will be a 256 GB iPhone 7 Plus, costing a whopping Rs 92,000.

A source said :

“RAJU APPEARS TO HAVE HIT A ROADBLOCK ON THE TITLE. THE FILM BEGINS SHOOTING FROM JANUARY AND IT DOESN’T HAVE A NAME! SO NOW HE HAS HIT UPON A NOVEL IDEA TO GET AN INTERESTING TITLE.”

Everyone in Hirani’s team is eligible to enter the competition from Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor to the junior-most assistant director and lightman.

Answering how the competition works, the source said :

“THERE IS A BOX IN HIS OFFICE WHERE EVERYONE IS PUTTING IN THEIR SUGGESTIONS ALONG WITH THEIR NAMES AND THE BOX WILL BE OPENED IN JANUARY AND THE TITLE WILL BE CHOSEN.”

And till the competition ends and the name for the biopic is finalised, the movie is named ‘DUTT’. The cast and the crew members will be using the name Dutt until the director comes up with his perfect title.

And we have to give Rajkumar Hirani a thumbs up for coming with such a quirky idea for choosing the title of the movie. This way not only Hirani ends up with a great title, but the luck winner gets a brand new iPhone 7 plus. A win win situation for both !
