Rajkummar Rao is an excellent actor and there is no denying that. He has proved his skills as an actor with every film he has done, Rao has now carved a successful niche for himself in Bollywood. But his early career days were full of struggles just like every superstar followed by many rejections. In the latest interview, Rajkummar Rao memorized how he faced rejection in Bollywood for weird reasons. And these were his‘ eyebrows and tall height built and many such things.
In a conversation, he revealed “I was told so many things. You are not tall enough, your build is not right, your eyebrows are not in a certain shape, and very weird things. And I was like what, what about acting? Wo kisko chahiye.” But soon after making his debut in ‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha’, he started getting recognition. And for this, he thanked and expressed his gratitude to his debut film director Dibakar Banerjee. Who actually recognized his talent. Later on, he did films like Shahid, Kai Po Che! Trapped and others. His recently released film was Badhaai Do in 2022 in which he played a gay police officer.
However, time is never the same. And now he is one of the busiest actors. Rao is presently busy promoting his upcoming thriller HIT: The First Case in which he stars alongside Sanya Malhotra.‘HIT: The First Case’ which releases tomorrow, July 15. Helmed by Sailesh Kolanu who also directed the original Telugu film. The film HIT: The First Case is actually the official remake of the 2020 Telugu crime thriller that featured Ruhani Sharma and Vishwak Sen in the lead roles.
