How To Make Chicken Lollypop !!

Ingredients required cooking Chicken Lollypop –

Chicken Lollypops –  14 to 16.

Ginger – Garlic paste about 2 Tablespoons

Salt required according to quantity

Black peppermints crushed about 1 Tablespoons

Soy sauce 1 Tablespoons

Oil for deep frying

Red Chilli paste

Ginger and Garlic chopped

Flour  ( Maida )

Cornflour

Spring onions chopped for garnishing

Step – 1

Combine chicken lollypops, ginger-garlic paste, salt, ½ teaspoon crushed peppercorns and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. Marinating chicken is of great importance as without it the flavors of spice cannot indulge into the chicken properly.

Step – 2

Take a pan or Kadai and heat sufficient oil in it.

Step – 3

Combine ginger, garlic, red chili paste, refined flour, cornflour, salt and remaining crushed peppercorns in another bowl and mix well. Add a little water and mix thoroughly till a thick paste is formed. Make sure that everything is perfectly gelled up.

Step – 4

Dip the marinated lollypops in the batter ( Flour )  and deep-fry in hot oil till every single lollipop turn a little golden. After deep frying put the chicken on tissue and try to soak oil as much as you can.

Step – 5

Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot. Feel proud you have the whole dish by yourself and pat yourself because you are going to hear a lot of praise for cooking such a beautiful chicken lollipop.
