Actress Rhea Chakraborty has recently posted a video of her father in which he is mobbed by the media present outside her house. She has also asked for police protection.
CBI is now interrogating Rhea who has been accused by Sushant’s father in abetment to suicide case and under many other sections. There have been multiple investigations going on in connection to her Boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput. Earlier she was called by ED for the questioning related to the actor’s death. But the reports said that Mumbai Police and Rhea are not at all co-operating with CBI. Several allegations have been made regarding this and every day new theories are coming up in connection to the mysterious death of Sushant. Meanwhile, a statement of Rhea has also surfaced. The actress has said that the constant media pressure outside her home is not allowing her to safely coordinate with the CBI, the ED, and now the NCB.
Posting the video she wrote “There is a threat to my life and my family’s life, This is inside my building compound, The man in this video is my father Indrajit Chakraborty (retired army officer). We have been trying to get out of our house to cooperate with ED , CBI and various investigation authorities to cooperate,”

Soon after sharing her father’s video, Rhea also shared a video of a watchman of her residential complex. The watchman Ram stated that “Today, the media wallahs came. They harassed and hit me. I have been injured. I have children at home and I’m unable to go home,”
Coming back to Sushant’s case let us inform you that the case has taken a new angle now. A drug-related investigation too has been launched against Chakraborty, based on WhatsApp chats. And it is been told that The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is also taking initiative in this case.
