The trailer of Karan Johar’s most anticipated film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani has been released today. The trailer shows a blend of drama, romance, dance and thrill. However, what sparked discourse is the supposed appearance of Ananya Panday for few seconds in a dance sequence.
In the trailer, Ananya was spotted dancing with the lead and other dancers. She grooved with Ranveer in a dazzling red dress. Some are expecting a cameo role of her in the movie.
It seems that fans found it hilarious to spot Ananya’s glimpse on the trailer. Someone said, “Kajol se Ananya, haye haye. (From Kajol to Ananya, oh no) I thought the Alia cameo annoyed me the most in ADHM but this will take the cake.” Another added, “Struggle (arms emoticon)” Someone wrote, “I’m here for this ngl” A comment read, “Dharma universe trying to pool in their favs.”
Ananya Panday marked her Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s Student of the Year 2 and was then seen in films like Pati Patni Aur Woh, Gehraiyaan and Liger.Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani also features Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi in lead roles. The film will hit the theatres on 28 July.
