Sanjay Dutt is all set to show one more impactful role of his life with his upcoming film Prassthanam. Ali Fazal is also starring in the film. The makers of the film recently released the first look of the film and now they released the trailer which seems promising.
According to the trailer of the film, Sanjay Dutt is playing the role of head of a political family lauding his son played by Ali Fazal and how his legacy belongs to him. Then comes his younger son in Satyajeet Dubey who sadly is not on the right track and creates problems for Sanjay’s political party. It is a tale of legacy and power that ruins a family by pitting two brothers against each other.
It is Sanjay Dutt’s home production. Manisha Koirala and Jackie Shroff are also starring in the film. Manisha is playing the role of Dutt’s wife whereas Jackie Shroff plays his confidante in the film. The film is the Hindi remake of the 2010 Telugu cult classic of the same name. Deva Kutta has directed the film, he also directed the original one as well. Amyra Dastur and Satyajeet Dubey will also be seen in pivotal roles. The film is set to release on September 20, 2019.
